Engineering Survey

At Nascon, we aim to be our client’s most trusted site engineering partner. Our engineers will coordinate the site and establish control stations for setting out prior to construction on site. Monitor surveys of buildings and structures, positioning buildings and all structural components within it. Deformation surveys, as-built surveys, setting out for piles, concrete and steel frame buildings also setting out for drainage and earthworks.

Civil & Architectural Engineering

At Nascon, we provide comprehensive Architectural design and construction project management and administration services. Also providing computer Aided draughting services to Architects, Designers, Structural Engineers and Property Developers. We partner with experts including designer and manufacturers to help solve complex and or highly technical problems. Utilising the latest AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture draughting techniques with experienced team, giving out customers the Quality and yet precise result. Our team can convert and interpret hand sketches, survey notes and existing record drawings into a full set of complete CAD drawing. We are able to create architectural drawings from conceptual sketches to full construction set of drawing and also creating as-built survey record drawing during the construction phase of the project.

Topographical and Land Survey

At Nascon, our qualified and experienced surveying team is fully equipped with modern surveying instruments and latest surveying software’s to give maximum productivity.

GPS survey and Controls

We have recently invested in the state of the art Leica GPS surveying instruments. By utilising our GPS kit, our Site engineers and land surveyors have eliminated most of the difficulties, costs and errors in surveys. GPS survey equipment eliminates the need for several people while also replacing the traditional equipment that often produce erroneous results if not maintained properly.

As Built Survey

We offer the combined skills of Auto Desk/AutoCAD trained graduates with the hands-on site experience of site engineer and project managers. We are quick to foresee any overlooked problems and inconsistencies that are not so obvious to architects and/or desk engineers. We are here to take unnecessary guesswork out of the as-built process.

At Nascon, we generate and maintain drawings to reflect the current as-built status of a construction project, as it is vital to the contractor as well as the architects, engineers and owners. Lack of accurate drawing records can result in excessive, project costs and unnecessary delays. Our company takes marked up construction drawings, redline drawings, hand drawn sketches and any notes associated with your project, then up-dates them to your specifications. We also combine all changes made by your site engineer, Building Inspectors, Owners, and/or Developers, throughout each phase of coordination and installation, into one final set of as-built drawings for submittal. These drawings are essential in the preparation of O&M manual.

Measured Building survey

Our experienced surveyors are capable of producing building floor plan and elevations.

Earthwork

Our Engineering surveying team will set out the earth-works, provide information’s on areas and volumes, cut and fill by utilising latest surveying equipments and modern software technology. Our engineers would also liaise between the designers and client ensuring the project runs smoothly. Would also survey stock piles and provide volume information’s.

Railway

We are able to supply labour to the railway industry to carry out above duties. Our workforces are all PTS trained and carry current medical certificate. At Nascon, we can carry out surveys of Embankments, Railway Tunnels, Track lines and Drainage. By utilising our state of the art surveying equipments, Robotics and Reflectorless equipments and modern software’s means we are able to operate at a distance and away from the railway lines, hence minimising the need for a complete line possession.

Survey Equipment Hire

At Nascon, we do hire surveying instruments for as long they are needed. We also hire them on a daily rate bases. Nascon can be hired to provide cover for all setting out needs, with engineers on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
